Membership at Fit Factor isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every program starts with a $150 comprehensive assessment where we learn about you, your body, and how you move. From there, we design a personalized training program—session length, frequency, and focus all tailored to what your body needs.








After completing your assessment, all memberships are paid month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.

All training sessions are 60 minutes of focused, personalized coaching with your trainer.
Most clients train 2-3 times per week, but the right frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. We’ll recommend what makes sense for you.
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You can adjust your training frequency or pause anytime based on what works for your life.
If you need to pause your training, just let us know. You can pick back up whenever you’re ready—no penalties, no hassle.
Partner training is a 2-person membership. You and your partner (friend, family member, or spouse) can choose to train together in the same session or schedule separately—whatever works best for your goals and schedules. It's a flexible way to stay accountable while making training more affordable.
Assessments: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your assessment. Life happens—just give us a call or send an email and we’ll find a new time that works for you.
Training Sessions: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a training session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged to your account. We understand emergencies happen—just communicate with your trainer and we’ll work with you to reschedule.
