Whether working with athletes or clients staying active as they age, Fabian creates programs that produce long-lasting change in how people move and feel.

Ivan started his personal training career in 2013 with a focus on helping people feel good and move confidently in their bodies. He’s certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Raw Functional Training (RFT), and yoga (RYT200), and has extensive training in Postural Restoration (PRI). Ivan specializes in mobility-focused training that helps clients of all ages and abilities move better, recover faster, and build strength that lasts.

Joshua is a NASM-certified trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with over a decade in the fitness industry and 10,000+ sessions delivered. As a Pilates instructor and stretch practitioner, he blends strength training, movement correction, and mobility work to help clients move better, build strength, and achieve lasting results.

Kimberly approaches fitness with evidence-based training, bridging the gap between exercise science and your personal goals. Whether you're restarting your fitness journey, breaking through a plateau, or training for performance, she builds programs grounded in what actually works. Kimberly specializes in helping clients understand the "why" behind their training so they can move with confidence.

Juan has been coaching clients for four years and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and former collegiate soccer athlete, he integrates functional strength training with dynamic athletic movement. Juan works with everyone from young athletes to older adults, helping them build the strength and mobility they need for the activities that matter in their everyday lives.

Angelica brings over a decade of training experience, including 10+ years coaching CrossFit and functional training in Colombia and two years at Fit Factor. She specializes in helping seniors improve strength and mobility, guiding clients toward healthier lifestyles through sustainable habit change, and developing athletic performance in young athletes. Angelica’s coaching combines discipline with empathy, meeting each client where they're at while pushing them toward what they're capable of.
